30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first by WhatsApp at +1 (956) 558-3690 or salesdepartment@multisurplus.com for return instructions.
Return condition
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts and original packaging. Items installed, wired, modified or damaged after delivery may only be returned if defective.
Return shipping & remedies
Defective, wrong or not-as-described items: we pay return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Change of mind: you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
International returns: return shipping, duties and taxes are paid by the customer and are not refundable, except for defective or wrong items.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
