Dispatch & tracking

Orders ship within 1 business day after payment from our warehouse in Hidalgo, Texas. We email your tracking number when your order ships.

United States

Standard shipping is FREE on every US order, with no minimum, including large and freight items. Parcels typically arrive in 2–5 business days; freight delivery times vary.

Expedited shipping is paid and calculated at checkout: USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Expedited shipping is not available at checkout for freight items. Request an expedited freight quote on WhatsApp.

International shipping

We ship to 45+ countries. International shipping is paid, with UPS, DHL and USPS rates calculated at checkout where available. Orders ship DAP (Delivered at Place): the recipient pays import duties, taxes and customs fees on delivery.

Orders to Mexico require the recipient’s RFC or CURP for customs clearance.

International freight requires a quote before ordering. Request an international freight quote on WhatsApp.

Local pickup

Pickup at our Hidalgo, Texas warehouse is available by appointment. Contact us to arrange a time.
