The Carrier HH18HA304 is a -A SERIES - Switch Temperature Actuated High-Efficiency Mobile Home Central Heat and Air Conditioner It is 5250/4960 BTU's per hour. This unit has an EER of 11.7 and a seasonal energy efficiency ratio of 16.5 and will fit into a 6" round or D opening. It comes with a condenser coil, drip pan, and modular drain pan.

The Carrier Switch Thermostat are compact control units designed to operate electric modulating heating and cooling furnace fan motors. They are ideal for residential or commercial applications where 2-stage or variable capacity modulation is desired. It can be used in 24 volt and 120 volt systems and has programming capabilities to switch at the desired setpoint.
